Things People Often Ask
How long does a water resistance reseal typically take?
Most water resistance services are completed within three to five working days. If additional case work is needed, we'll let you know before proceeding. A short written report is ready for collection with the watch.
What does the timing sheet from the regulation service show?
The sheet records the rate measured across multiple positions before regulation and then again after. This gives you a clear before-and-after comparison and a useful baseline for future servicing.
Do I need to bring my watch in, or can I post it?
Walk-ins are welcome at our Chatuchak workshop, Tuesday through Saturday. If you'd prefer to ship, we can advise on a safe packing approach. Contact us first so we can prepare to receive the piece.
How much does the complication service cost for my specific watch?
The listed price of ฿33,500 covers most standard complication services. Particularly complex or rare movements may require an adjusted figure, which we'll discuss and confirm with you before the bench begins any work.
My watch is still running — does it still need servicing?
Running and well-serviced are different conditions. Lubricants in mechanical movements dry out over time regardless of whether the watch keeps time. A regulation check or reseal can be worthwhile even when nothing seems obviously wrong.
Will you use original parts, or substitutes?
Original components are preserved wherever possible. When a gasket or part requires replacement, we source carefully and note it in the service record. Any substitution is discussed with you beforehand.
